Diversity Films are pleased to be a delivery partner for an exciting new mass participation documentary film project for Scotland, launching on March 20th 2012. To encourage and support filmmakers, We Are Northern Lights will make £10,000 of awards to the filmmakers they feel have made the most compelling contributions to the project.

To find out more about We Are Northern Lights, visit the project website or follow on Facebook and Twitter.

Diversity Films will be delivering outreach filmmaking training workshops in conjunction with We Are Northern Lights and alongside a programme delivered by Screen Education in April and May 2012.

See below for all the details, and your chance to get involved with this once in a lifetime project.

We will also be providing volunteering opportunities to work on the project in collaboration with the Glasgow Women’s Library’s Volunteer Cluster.
